Missions

The root of human suffering is our alienation from each other and from God. At Old River Terrace United Methodist Church, our goal is to ease this suffering by providing food, clothing, emergency shelter, training, education, and other comfort and support. Our mission projects are local, national and international in scope. The mission work of the church is not separate from its other activities – it is an integral component of everything we do. Our congregation is fully informed and engaged in the activities of the Mission Committee at all times.
